The 2013 Miss Universe pageant took place on Saturday, November 9 the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Oblast, Russia. Maria Gabriela Isler of Venezuela has been declared as the new Miss Universe. She beats out 85 competitors from around the world.
