26-years old, Luiz Felipe Andrade is the new Mister Maranhao 2013. Felipe is a model, athlete and he'll compete in the 2013 Mister Brasil pageant to be held in Portobelo Resort & Safari, Mangaratiba, Rio de Janeiro on April 5.
