Cuban-born, the President of Miss Venezuela Organization. Everything about "look" and behavior of the "Miss" must be approved by him. Hmmm...

MARIA CALAY

Australian-born, she is national director of Miss Venezuela. and she's Osmel's right hand.

GRACE FONTECHA


A beauty pageant trainer and lifestyle coach to help build beauty from the inside out. She gives guidance in the way clients speak, walk, present themselves, photo posing, and wardrobe. Grace Fontecha  has worked with women competing in beauty pageants and modeling for more than 30 years. She has trained 27 beauty pageant winners since 1980.




RICHARD LINARES

Richard Linares, coaches miss venezuela in terms of physical. his responsibility is to make the queens have a great body. look at Dayana Mendoza or Vanessa goncalves Body. It's wowed body, healthy body...

Iván Dumont & Rodolfo Regalado

They're the official photographers. They're responsible (in part) of final look. they created Ly's "Glow" photoshoot, Stefania's "Diva" look, and Marelisa's "Frida Kahlo" theme for the official ones of the year...

GISSELLE REYES

Gisselle joins Miss Venezuela Org in 1993. her job is to teach CATWALK. how to get attention when wearing a swimsuit, or can be mesmerizing in the evening gown competition. She adapts the catwalk according to personality of every Miss Venezuela

HARRY LEVY

He is Miss Venezuela Organization's press director, he was responsible to all about public appearances, the events and aand everything related with the publicity

ANDRIU GARCIA/JESÚS MORALES

oth of them are The official stylist of Miss Venezuela. 

GEORGE WITTELS

A jewelry designer. All the crowns and accessories worn by the Misses was created by him, George Wittels. 

GIONNI STRACCIA

Venezuelan Fashion Designer. May be he almost the official designer of Miss Venezuela. many queens who have worn her gown, Dayana, Stefania and Marelisa in Miss Universe, Adriana Vasini in Miss World, Laksmi Rodrigues in Miss International, even Morgan Woolard (1st RU) Miss USA 2010 and 6 contestants of Miss USA 2011 worn his gown. Amazing... 




LUIS ENRIQUE URBANO

Luis Enrique Urbano, makeup artist, favorite of many for major events. His work is spectacular, staying under his brush like a goddess.




MAARTEN VANDER BERG

Maarten Vander Berg is the official dentist of Miss Venezuela. He is responsible  responsible for some of the best smiles.....
